Cottage Life for NeeksMoney!

The boyfriend just had a recent birthday, so instead of doing it up in Toronto... we headed up to my sister's cottage in Wasaga Beach. It was an awesome weekend, with lots of drunkies doing dumb shit. My lover along with the friends had an amazing time and I couldn't have been any happier. We all lived it up so nice that we're intending to head back early next month, lol. One last time before winter hits hardcore.

So shout outs to Neeks... Happy Belated Birthday babe. Sorry for the late shout out post (lol), but I hope you had the best time everrrrr. Looking forward to next year... I loveee youu =)

Basketball Jones

With the NBA Finals and all... I've been itching. Btw... shout outs to Dallas, Dirky and the Kidd have a well deserved ring. Miami fans have been extra silent since last night's game... talking about it's all "luck." LOL. Sure hater!

Like I was saying, I've been itching to put those ball shoes on, and get on that hardwood floor. I don't really talk about it in person cause everybody teases me. Assholes! I pretty much lived on the court growing up. When my mom needed me she knew exactly where to find me, lol. I still remember the countless memories I have for the love of ball. The only oxygen I needed was basketball, lol. It was my FIRST love and you can never forget your first. Coming home after school and hittin up the court. Waking up early on the weekends for practice. Skipping high school classes to run ball outside in the back, lol. I regret skipping though... I haven't played in a long ass friggen time. Last I was on that sexy hardwood was 7 months ago. Ouch!!! I've been thinking about getting back to playing it, it's one of the only things I know that comes to me as natural as it does. Those ball shoes are collecting some serious dust lol. Since it's summer, I'm gonna do it up.

Thank you for sharing your lunch with me throughout high school. That is something that has forever brought us close as friends, and may we share many more meals together. I'll hug you when I see you on Sunday and possibly share another meal.

So.. for the folks who may be confused. Thomas and I have been close friends since high school. He was one of the first people I met when I transferred high schools. I walked into that band class and it was friends at first sight. Yesterday, Thomas and I were reminiscing about high school when he said "Cass... I never share my food with anyone. You're the only person I share with" and then I sighed. When Tom and I were in high school, we went out to lunch everyday together. We both bought our own meals but always split them up. He'd get a different meal than I did and we'd share it everyday for years, LOL. We're special like that!!! But anywho, I wanted to do a post on my 11 year friendship with TomAss... Can't wait to eat on Sunday broham =) Lol

Cooba for Two!

The bf and i are back from Cuba and i'm dark as ever! We had a good time. Mon is actually there at this very moment, she'll be back on Fri. I'm sure she'll get some color when she gets back... a lil bit of that brown skin ;)

Encountering Coincidences...

This past Saturday... the bf and I exchanged gifts. We were pretty sure we weren't gonna see each other for Christmas, so we did it ahead of time. So we exchanged the big gifts first... then on to our last one, and turns out..................... we got each other the same freakin thing. I opened his first and it was an album that's in the pic above. I was SHOCKED, cause i was thinking "damn i got the same album, wtf." So i smiled large and played it off cause he didn't open mine yet. His turn>>> He opens mine and he got up off the bed with shock, LOL. What the heck are the odds????!! The only difference between what we did was that he printed out pics of US and the places we've been to, and i printed out pics of his photography, that i wanted him to make an album out of for keepsake.

What were the chances of us both thinking of the same idea, yet alone grabbing the same album. Insanity! I immediately took a pic via the bb and sent it to Mon, lol. We were all so damn shocked of the coincidence. While the night grew, i was thinking and realized... it wasn't so much so a coincidence, we just have the same taste in certain things. We know each other really well. And this was a sign of how much more we knew each other and what we both liked. It was definitely a priceless moment :) Awesomeness with a capital A!
